Speakers on the Main Program

Speakers on the main program may request audiovisual equipment in January. All speakers are eligible except commentators in colloquia. Detailed instructions are emailed to all eligible speakers early in January.

Speakers in Sessions Organized by APA Committees

Speakers in any sessions organized by APA Committees should write to the Committee chair or the organizer of their session with any requests for audio-visual equipment.

Speakers on the Group Program

Speakers on the Group Program should write to their contact for the Group with any requests for audio-visual equipment.
