Volunteer to Chair or Comment
Did you volunteer for a meeting since 2006? If you did, please use the renewals form.
If you have not volunteered since 2006, please use the new volunteers form.
If you‘re not sure about any of this, then check your status.
You may simultaneously submit a paper and volunteer to chair or comment. If your paper is accepted, you‘ll be released from any obligations to chair or comment.
The form takes two minutes to complete. You‘ll be asked for your name, affiliation, email address, and (for new volunteers) areas of interest.
Please note that the 2009 meeting is being held in Vancouver, Canada. The DHS strongly encourages all US citizens to apply for a US passport well in advance of anticipated travel. Information for travellers to Canada is available on the conference web site.
